Direct Hire Responsibilities: Participate in the development of company strategies and plans with executive leadership, with particular focus on acquiring and retaining quality talent sufficient to meet the current and future needs of the company. Provide executive leadership in management development and succession management and development and execution of people policies and programs that promote an engaged, high-energy culture.
Lead and introduce change management initiatives that enhance the overall performance and talent capability of the organization. Develop and deliver feedback mechanisms and programs to employees that influence continuous improvement, reward for high performance, and focus on business objectives; introduce initiatives that emphasize and reward high morale, teamwork, and engagement. Recommend and maintain organizational structure and workforce planning that align and flex with business objectives.
Design and oversee programs that ensure regulatory compliance, competitive salary, and benefits programs. Serve as business consultant to executives and management team to coach and lead their success in providing strong leadership. Contribute to the business and customer success. Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources Management experience with at least five (5) years of general human resource experience BA/BS required; PHR or SPHR desirable Demonstrated success in developing and championing people policies and programs that support strategic business plans Business acumen, employee relations, and organizational development skills Proven strategic thinking, problem solving, and organizational leadership skills Strong command of basic human resources disciplines in employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation, talent development, and employee engagement Superior consultative, collaborative, adaptability, and communications skills Demonstrated success developing and delivering effective HR programs and services
