Human Resources Manager

Mennonite Disaster Service (MDS), Lititz, PA, recruits, organizes, and empowers volunteers to repair and rebuild homes for those impacted by natural disasters. Mennonite Disaster Service is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to support leadership in championing employee development, enhancing culture, and driving human resources initiatives throughout the organization.

A hands-on position, the HR Manager, will lead and execute all human resources functions including employee benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. Additionally, the HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team in advancing the growth and strategic initiatives of the organization.

An ability to drive results and bring a “can-do” spirit is essential to the role.
