LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager for our client in West Chester, Ohio. This is an urgent need, and we are looking for someone who can start quickly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on payroll, employee benefits, and FMLA.
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of the HR department. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Manage payroll using Paycor.
Administer employee benefits programs. Handle FMLA and other leave requests. Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Conduct employee training and development programs. Requirements: 4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Experience with Paycor for payroll management. Knowledge of employee benefits and FMLA.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to start quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Benefits: Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
