Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on employment labor law, organization design, and human capital management to foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals. Provide guidance on employment labor law compliance and best practices. Analyze workforce data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Support succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline. Manage HR systems, ADP for efficient operations. Facilitate organizational design processes to enhance team effectiveness.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges and opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist (6 years minimum) Strong knowledge of employment labor law and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in ADP Excellent data analysis skills to interpret workforce metrics effectively. Experience in payroll, benefits, and implementing policies/procedures Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
