Exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager of Human Resources to oversee all aspects of staffing and personnel management. The Manager of Human Resources will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting the growth and development of our team members.

Responsibilities: Maintain and update all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Lead the recruitment process, including creating job postings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting employment background checks. Facilitate salary negotiations and execute employment offers.

Conduct new employee orientation and provide ongoing support and training. Manage employee separations and terminations, including conducting exit interviews and handling written counseling notices. Keep job descriptions updated for all positions within the organization.

Administer work-related injury procedures and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with department heads to address interdepartmental issues and promote effective communication. Assist in maintaining current licenses, permits, insurances, and certifications.

Oversee the performance evaluation process and establish annual performance goals for staff members. Ensure accurate record-keeping and manage the flow of personnel information between departments. Develop, review, and suggest changes to Human Resources policies and procedures as needed.

Provide reports on Human Resources activities as requested by the supervisor. Pursue continuing education programs to stay updated on industry best practices and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices, including employee hiring, training, coaching, and termination procedures. Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and delegate tasks. Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other HR software systems. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms. Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and problem-solving aptitude.
