Job Overview

  • How You'll Contribute:

The role of the People Operations Manager (HR Manager) is to partner with assigned location leadership and provide support to associates to ensure a Best-In-Class experience!

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.

  • Provide support to associates with benefits, payroll questions, etc.

  • Partner with location Leaders to champion H+H initiatives.

  • Facilitate training sessions on growth & development for Associates & Managers.

  • Support location Leaders with HR questions and investigate employee relations concerns.

  • Engage in leadership development training, coaching, and help facilitate the Leadership Development Program.

Qualifications

  • What You Need to be Successful:
  • Be meticulously detailed in all duties.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • The ability to effectively communicate with Associates and Customers, both in written and verbal situations.

  • Able to handle multiple people interactions throughout the day in a hospitable manner.

  • Be self-organized.

  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete assigned duties within provided deadlines.

  • Typing speed of 40WPM with accuracy.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous HR and Training & Development experience preferred.
