GI Alliance is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Position purpose
Provide human resources expertise in the areas of employee relations, policy and procedure interpretation, recruitment, and personnel coaching in support company policies. Act as a strategic business partner to support assigned regions / office personnel. Proactively identifies areas of concern, and coordinates solutions in conjunction.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:

This position is one of autonomy and the incumbent will be required to travel between the GI Alliance offices within its region.
Heavy recruiting for company-wide positions.
Managing employee relations at office sites.
Conducting internal investigations as needed.
Conducting new hire orientations for the region.
Providing HR training as needed.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent of minimum five (5) years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Masters Degree is preferred.
Experience: Prior employee relations / generalist experience with emphasis in recruiting. Experience in healthcare industry strongly preferred.
Additional Qualifications: Must have valid drivers license with acceptable driving history. Professional certification from HRCI and/or SHRM preferred.

Strong presentation skills.
Ability to start and/or conduct internal investigations as needed.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work with all levels of employees from shareholder physicians to front desk employees.
Proficient technical (computer) skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Self-motivated with initiative.
Ability to work without daily supervision.
Strong business acumen.
Strong sense of ethics.
Must have reliable transportation
