Summary: As the Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for advising managers and employees on the development and execution of HR strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, policy compliance, career development, and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions. This role must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization. The Human Resources Manager will be a key contributor to HR operations, solutions, and support while working to uphold a healthy culture by helping employees and leaders increase performance and engagement.

Essential Job Functions: • Partner and strengthen overall organizational capabilities working with managers and leaders to include organizational assessment, organizational structure, workforce planning and change management. • Supports the development and drives the Talent Management agenda for assigned business units. • Partner with managers to determine staffing/retention needs and analyze staffing and retention strategy, along with participating in the interview process. • Responsible for talent and performance management, learning, and workforce planning within a business line or geography. • Coaches’ managers and employees on development, employee relation and reward issues. • Assist in facilitating performance management tools and processes including goal setting, coaching feedback, and employee development. • Identify training and development needs for business units and individual employees. • Assists in managing employee relations by investigating and resolving employee issues and concerns. • Works with leaders in restructures to ensure fair and consistent decision making, prepares legal review documentation and participates in termination meetings. • Serves as a subject matter expert on the local labor market and regulatory environment. Knowledge/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in related field required. • 7-10 years of experience working in Human Resources. • SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products. • Learning Management System (LMS) and training experience is a plus. Skills/Abilities: • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must be comfortable with public speaking. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Understanding HR processes (onboarding, training, and talent management). • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff. • May be required to travel. • Ability to lift 25lbs with or without accommodations. Salary and Benefits: • $85,000 - $100,000 variable bonus opportunity • Insurance: - Medical, Dental & Vision
