Globally recognized engineering company specializing in precision components for automotive and non-automotive sectors. As we establish our first U.S. manufacturing facility.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources management and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Job Summary The HR Manager will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and practices that support our business objectives and maintain a compliant and productive workplace. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of employment laws and extensive experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures that align with both corporate guidelines and local regulations. Manage employee relations matters, conducting thorough and impartial investigations and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Understands staffing needs and supports recruitment initiatives as needed, including but not limited to hiring events, screening, interviewing, and outreach.

Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, resolving conflicts while maintaining a fair and compliant workplace. Maintains and distributes monthly turnover, headcount and other human resources reports as needed. Partners with management to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements and assists in implementation and monitoring adherence to policies/procedures.

Maintain and update all hourly employee files – address changes, job changes, pay increases, disciplinary action notices, etc. Participate in Employee Orientation, Development and Training. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary and termination meetings when required.

Perform document audits of new hires to ensure compliance with company policy and applicable law. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM /HRCI) is a plus. 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years within a manufacturing or automotive environment. In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Experience in developing and implementing compliant HR policies. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Experience managing HR functions in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing setting. Performs other related duties as assigned.
