The Human Resources Manager supports company-wide Human Resources initiatives in order to achieve business strategy and long and short-term objectives. This role provides support for the HR Director and leadership team for Florida.

Proactively supports the delivery and implementation of HR processes in collaboration with the Management and HR teams
Supports the internal talent acquisition process
Conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-path program and employee relations counseling; conducts exit interviews
Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems
Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
Five years of HR business partner and/or HR generalist experience
Previous Labor Relations experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including talent and performance management; organizational design and change management; total rewards; employee relations and diversity, equity and inclusion
Certification such as PHR or SPHR
Previous HR Generalist experience
Ability to influence at all levels of the Company
Previous experience in a sales and distribution company
