Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager manages the day-to-day activities and responsibilities of the Human Resources Department. This is a full-service position, managing HR-related Policies and Procedures, Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruitment, Retention, and everything HR.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Guides and consults the organization on HR-related laws, requirements, and best practices
  • Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Develops, in partnership with Operations, internal policies and procedures
  • Aligns HR goals to the organizations goals
  • Develops, maintains, and improves current HR-related processes
  • Create simple and dynamic process flows for everyday HR-related items
  • Is proactive in identifying issues that need analysis and/or resolution
  • Asks questions for the betterment of the organization, data, and/or produce
  • Learns and becomes the organizations subject matter expert on the HRIS
  • Supports recruitment efforts to include identifying, supporting agencies and firms
  • Familiar and comfortable with HR functions across various states and locales
  • Ensures work product is accurate and to the highest standard
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Someone with strong people skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
  • Knowledge of HR Best Practices
  • Must be an active listener, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Future thinking & transparency
  • Must be able to work as a part of a team and independently
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Salary: $75,000 $110,000 per year

The Global Lead Business Partner will be an integral part of the senior leadership team for our Global CEOs as they transform their businesses. A key member of the Issuer Services leadership team, the Business Partner will provide a strong contribution to the overall business strategy and lead from a people perspective. Key responsibilities: * Act as trusted advisor to the Head of Issuer Services and leadership team, providing coaching and guidance on a range of sensitive people/commercial issues, including development of key leaders identified in the succession plan * Lead the design of the people strategy needed to support the strategic aims of the business line aligned to the global Computershare people strategy * Share the business strategy and priorities with the People team Centers of Excellence to enable effective planning and delivery to business units * Be the key conduit between the business unit and the wider People team, ensuring key people and projects are supported, represented, and delivered * Be part of or lead programs that support the delivery of people initiatives, utilizing project management knowledge * Proactively drive improvements to business performance by providing expertise on organizational design and change * Leverage workforce insights and analytics with business's leaders on relevant People issues while assessing potential strategies and solutions that promote talent, development and succession plans * Oversee and create solutions to mitigate people risks * Champion Computershare's culture, values and ways of working, employees and locations, promoting an inclusive workplace * Actively engage in the Business Partner development programs with a continuous learning mindset to upskill on the latest thinking * Responsible for the oversight of other business partners and their performance management What will you bring to the role? This role requires an experienced leader who has made an impact through driving individual development, providing support to all levels of the business and has a proven track record in building strong team cultures through coaching and mentoring initiatives: * Experienced as a Business Partner who has previously held a senior leadership role for a sizeable commercial organization, ideally with a Global remit * Multi-site/legal jurisdictional experience is preferred due to our highly distributed workforce * A Bachelor's or Master's degree or significant work experience is required * Demonstrable experience in partnering and coaching leaders in all facets of People Management as we as developing and coaching them to reach their potential * Successful at establishing and developing strong, trust based, relationships at very senior levels, through strong presence, gravitas, interpersonal and influencing skills * Ability to work within remote teams and collaboratively within a matrix environment and to account manage service delivery into a business unit * Ability to work effectively at both strategic and the operational level * Significant experience in organizational design principles and delivery of large-scale people change programs * Post-acquisition/merger integration experience would be advantageous * Strong commercial acumen * Ability to work alongside global leaders and commitment to meetings which may be scheduled outside of normal business hours.
