Hanapin Marketing is looking for a curious Human Resources Intern to join our Talent and Culture Team! This is a hands-on learning experience where you will have the opportunity to grow your communication, time management, and event planning skills.
You will work directly with our Senior HR Manager to learn about HR and recruitment best practices! Youll be immersed in our Talent and Culture Team and understand whats involved in working in a dynamic HR Department in the #1 Best Place to Work in Indiana!

As our Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to:
Gain an understanding of HR best practices with regards to full cycle recruiting, talent management, benefits, and compensation
Collaborate on 2-3 Talent and Culture initiatives pertaining to our internship program, culture, work environment, or training
Internship requirements and work experience we expect you to have:
Able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week on-site at our Bloomington, IN office Monday Friday between 8am 5pm
Strong interest and excitement about starting a career in HR post-graduation
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Possess a professional attitude with a high attention to detail, as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
Resourceful, lifelong learner
Flexible problem solver who is eager to pursue new challenges independently or collaborate with a team
Preference for candidates pursuing a college degree with previous office experience or customer service experience

This internship is unpaid, but we are happy to help you receive college credit in accordance with the required guidelines of your particular college or university. We are currently hiring for Spring 2019 interns.
