About the team
Zillow Group is looking for dynamic HR Interns to join our Human Resources team, where you'll apply your analytical skills to work across various HR functions in our Seattle WA office!
You'll partner in the assessment of HR needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, organizational integration, career development and culture building to drive the appropriate solutions in these areas.
About the role
Partner with business leadership to find opportunities to attract, develop and retain people, so they can achieve their fullest potential.
Partner with the HR team to facilitate leadership and cultural initiatives.
Foster a culture that reflects our core values and leadership principles through coaching and mentorship.
Act as liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations.
Support the communication and rollout of HR programs and projects.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned which may include cross-team initiatives across all U.S. locations.
Build and deliver end-of-internship presentation to Senior Management Team.
Who you are
We're seeking interns who are natural problem solvers who can diagnose and drive sustainable solutions. We look for interns who have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business or related field.
Effective verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Excellent computer skills in MS Windows environment, including MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint), and report preparation.
Experience with HCM systems (Workday) preferred.
Solid ability to collaborate and lead in a team setting as well as working independently to deliver results.
