TGen is currently looking for a summer Intern in our Human Resources Department. No matter the role, every TGen employee contributes to success. Job Description

The internship will provide real world Human Resources experience in a variety of HR functional areas. The successful candidate will:

• Assist with hiring and onboarding for our high school and undergraduate science intern programs

• Assist with recruiting efforts to include screening candidates, writing job descriptions and postings for open positions

• Partner with Marketing to create HR Newsletter and other HR Communications

• Assist with creating career development program materials

• Assist with Engagement Action Plan implementation

• Update and/or create HR Intranet content

Requirements

Undergraduate or Graduate program student

This is a temporary, non-benefit eligible position with an anticipated start date of May 28th. (Earlier if possible)
