The Human Resources Intern is responsible for supporting the entire human resources department including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll. This would include basic data management and the scanning and indexing of files.

Essential Functions
Perform routine tasks related to staffing changes and maintain employee records, ensuring completion and accuracy of details and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
Assist with internal applicant tracking system (ATS).
Perform routine administrative tasks related to the LMS including auditing of files, running reports, and compiling DiSC packets.
Assist with duties related to New Hire Orientation (new hire badging requests, I9 documentation)
Accommodate Lunch and Learn sessions, coordinate sign in sheets and lunch deliveries.
Admin support such as printing, mailing, copying, inventorying supplies as needed for the L&D/Intern programs
Prepare and disseminate HR Communications.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Desire to be part of a team and thrive in a team environment.
