HCRS is looking for a Human Resource Specialist to help with the following tasks;


Including but not limited to:

  • Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
  • Onboarding newcomers to the company
  • Determining suitable salaries and remuneration
  • Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
  • Developing adequate induction and training
  • Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
  • Managing succession planning of staff
  • Assisting with the performance management and review process

Requirements

Human Resources: 3 years (Required)
Business management: 3 years (Required)

Must be well organized, possess outstanding administrative and communication skills, and be able to relate well to employees, management, and candidates. The ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees is essential. The incumbent must be flexible and able to solve questions and problems by using sound judgment and seeking advice from more senior personnel.</p><p>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</p><p>Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, with at least two years of talent acquisition or human resources experience. Prior administrative support experience of at least three years is required.</p><p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p><p>The position requires frequent lifting (or by other means for movement) of boxes and computer components/parts. Physical demands may include frequent bending; stooping, squatting, standing, walking, sitting for long periods of time and pulling/pushing of parts can also be expected. Incumbent must be able to lift up to 20 pounds routinely throughout the day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.</p><p>SAFETY/PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:</p><p>Position is required to maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards.
