Job Description Job Description Robert Half's HR Solutions team is partnered with a growing organization looking to to add a well-rounded HR professional to develop and manage the HR function. This sole HR role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is ready to establish HR processes beyond the bare minimum.
You’ll handle everything from payroll and onboarding to employee relations, benefits administration, and more for 70 employees. This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and experienced operating with little direction. Key Responsibilities:
HR Process Development: Help grow and establish the HR function to meet the needs of a growing organization. Payroll & Benefits:
Process biweekly payroll and manage benefits enrollment/renewals in collaboration with brokers. Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle new hire paperwork, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Policy Management:
Assist with handbook development and enforce company policies. Performance Management: Support individual branch managers with performance processes, with potential to lead in the future.
HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal requirements and company policies. Qualifications: 3 years of HR experience, with proven ability to grow and develop HR systems in a small business setting.
Hands-on experience with payroll, onboarding, benefits, and policy creation. Knowledge of HR laws and best practices. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a low-volume, fast-paced environment.
