Job Description Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions, foster a positive workplace, and ensure compliance. This is an onsite-only position with significant opportunities to impact the organization.
This is a hands-on, stand-alone position. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage employee relations, payroll, and HRIS (Bamboo). Conduct employee evaluations and support talent development. Lead succession planning and organizational design initiatives. Ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies.
Support recruitment, benefits administration, and records management. Conduct exit interviews and provide data-driven recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 5 years of HR-specific experience; Bamboo experience preferred.
Proven expertise in employee relations and HR compliance. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of employment laws and FMLA. Ability to commute between Augusta and North Augusta offices as needed Understanding of Department of Labor (DOL) regulations and guidelines
