Human Resources (Hr) Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience in Human Resources or other related field.

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding

• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
