The function of this HR Manager role is to drive and manage the HR function in the United States. You will also play a pivotal role to shape the performance and development systems for all employees globally, designing and supporting the global company talent frameworks including performance management, learning and development, and workforce/human resource planning while guiding and managing Human Resources services for the Employees in the United States. You will drive and track the recruitment of top talent for all functional departments.

The HR Manager will lead all HRs practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high-performance culture emphasizing quality, productivity, goal attainment, and empowerment and is responsible for the development of processes and reporting metrics that support the achievement of the Companys business goals as well as acting as talent expert across the Company. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, and working closely with colleagues to ensure all HR duties are undertaken in accordance with employment law, company policy and ensuring any risk to the business is minimized.

This position is based in Mt. View, CA however, it will include global oversight of employees and HR initiatives.

Requirements

A proven track record of leading the delivery of HR functions to a high standard

A proven track record as an HR generalist

Up to date knowledge of employment law

The ability to originate and lead organizational strategies in HR

Experience in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance

Ability to write (as necessary), plan, and direct the development and maintenance of training programs for all levels of staff

Knowledge and experience in introducing new ideas to improve employee engagement

Ability to write and deliver creative, imaginative presentations to colleagues at all levels

Experience in talent management, learning and development, writing, and delivering training programs appropriate to the needs of employees and the business

This position will play a lead role in the implementation and support of systems initiatives and participate in vendor evaluations and assessments. <br><br> The analyst will develop and manage relationships with partnering teams and functional HR teams, as it relates to the identification, prioritization and delivery of process, program and systematic solutions. Participate in scheduled systems upgrades, including test plan development, regression/patch testing, and reviewing and prototyping new functionality. Support change management activities, including authoring user documentation and facilitating training sessions.</p><p>Gather and qualify business requirements and recommend solutions in collaboration with partnering teams (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance). Analyze existing workflows, document, recommend and implement new/streamlined processes. Perform system configurations and maintenance. <br><br> Assist with the development and maintenance of a reporting repository and supports reporting and analytics requests. Contribute to the maintenance and accuracy of systems data, in the form of data loads and audits.</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Human Resources or Business Administration</p><p>2.Minimum 7 years progressive HRIS experience in support, implementations and/or upgrades</p><p>3.5 years experience with Workday configuration &amp; support</p><p>4.Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project</p><p>5.SME in process review, management, redesign and documentation</p><p>6.Advanced skills in situational analysis, research, troubleshooting and issue identification and resolution</p><p>7.Ability to be flexible, multi-task, play multiple roles, prioritize and execute on initiatives in a fluid landscape</p><p>8.Ability to work effectively in both an individual and team dynamic (cross-functional teams)</p><p>9.Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p><br><ol start="10"><br><li><p>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service and a commitment to excellence</p></li><li><p>High integrity and ethics when handling confidential information</p></li><br></ol><p>The Physical Requirements and Working Conditions of this job are available.
