A Human Resources Assistant position has opened up at a progressive company with an amazing work environment and culture. The ideal candidate would be highly-skilled and motivated. The candidate's responsibilities will include handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. This opportunity is best suited for candidates looking for short term temporary-to-fulltime work.

Responsibilities:
  • Partake in planning new employee orientation meetings

  • Manage employee database archives

  • Explore the internet to uncover potential customers

  • Oversee office and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Strong communication and social skills

  • Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment

  • Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Workforce Time Attendance experience

  • HR compliance experience

  • Scheduling experience preferred

  • Switchboard phone (1-10 lines) experience

  • Compliance experience desired

  • Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

Training and Experience- * A minimum of two years of progressive administrative experience is required.
