Human Resources Generalist

Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, organization design, and employee engagement initiatives.

This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Located in Torrance, CA. Offering $70-85K Responsibilities Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to ensure the selection of top talent.

Collaborate with management to design and implement effective organization structures that align with business goals. Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company culture. Utilize HRIS systems such as ADP and PeopleSoft for maintaining employee records and processing HR transactions.

Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and facilitating their development. Conduct research data collection to inform HR strategies and initiatives. Assist in change management processes by providing guidance and support during organizational transitions.

Participate in project management activities related to HR programs and initiatives to enhance overall employee experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 4 years of experience and a proven track record in human resources PHR or SHRM-CP designation a plus Candidate will have knowledge in Human Resources in the following areas: Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, HRIS and other web-based system, Training & Development, Legal and Compliance This role is essential for fostering a productive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
