We're seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist to become a key member of our Human Resources team At Watson, our HR department shines with its opportunity to engage with and support every team and individual across the company. We love working here, and we think you will too What you'll own: Recruiting and Onboarding L&I Management Benefits and Leave Management Basic Employee Relations Supporting our Production Team as their First Point of Contact HR Support HRIS Administration Various other HR Tasks as they Arise What you'll need to know: Required: Bachelor's Degree and 2 Years of HR Experience or a 2 Year Degree and 4 Years of HR Experience (Manufacturing Experience a Plus) Knowledge of Basic Labor Laws A Willingness to Learn Problem Solving Skills Positive Interpersonal Skills Previous HRIS Systems Experience Organizational and Time Management Preferred: A Basic Understanding of L&I A Basic Understanding of Recruitment A Basic Understanding of FMLA and other Protected Leaves Paycom Experience Benefits Administration Who you are: Someone who understands that our people are our most important asset.
