Scope:
Partner with leaders on People related business objectives and polices
Support leaders across the organization to develop and coach their employees
Champion workforce data planning
Education and Experience Required:• Four-year college degree in Human Resources and/or equivalent experience
Two years Human Resources experience, preferably as a Generalist
Customer Service experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Able to work with varying workloads, changing priorities, and a variety of staff
Demonstrate initiative and motivation to follow through with tasks
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Able to physically perform the duties required by the position
Required to have the ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents and visitors
Key Responsibilities
o Provide guidance and ensure alignment on HR practices with business strategies
o Collaborate with leadership on legal compliance on People situations
o Guide and support leaders through organizational changes
o Provide framework and tools for managing change
o Use progressive discipline practices to effectively communicate expectations
o Lead People meetings
o Follow federal and state employment laws in dealing with discipline, unemployment and all other employment related issues
o Partner with leaders to analyze workforce needs and trends
o Utilize systems and technology to provide data, metrics, and reports
o Collaborate with leaders on people initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
o UKG Troubleshooting
o Respond to employee questions
o Provide project support to the team as needed
