Human Resources Generalist

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Job Duties Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures Implement and administer HR programs and policies Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Assist with benefits and HRIS administration Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Qualifications Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations 3-4 years of strong employee relations experience Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Experience with change management initiatives Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Knowledge of workers compensation, FMLA, and other HR-related areas is a plus Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Join our team as a Human Resources Generalist to contribute to the success of our organization while advancing your HR career Company Description Village Management Services, Inc. provides professional management services to the community of Laguna Woods Village, the largest Southern California independent-living community for people 55 and older.
