Responsibilities
- The Human Resources Generalist is a business partner to the areas they support to include recruitment, succession planning, performance and talent management, recognition and retention and employee relations by building trusting relationships with the managers and employees they support. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards and Shared Values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advises, coaches, and provides management with counsel regarding all HR issues such as the appropriate resolution of employee relations issues, leave of absences/FMLA, talent reviews, and succession planning. Consults with HR leadership as appropriate.
- Ensures legal compliance as it relates to all HR matters including but not limited to Company policy, wage & hour, Harassment, FMLA, ADA, ESST etc.
- Works closely with management team to review personnel requirements, posts positions within ATS system, partner with managers to screen and discuss qualified candidates. Upon offer coordinates the pre-onboarding process to initiate background checks, offer letters and license verification as needed. Investigates issues and escalates as needed.
- Assists and answer benefit questions at orientation, open-enrollment and on an ongoing basis.
- Assists with HR training for employees to include managing the New Employee Orientation for all employees
- Consults with management on policy questions and interpretation
- Assist with HRIS questions (WorkDay) and troubleshooting

Qualifications
BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. Healthcare Human Resources administration experience a plus. Thorough knowledge of HR federal and MN and WI state laws required.
SALARY:
$75,000-$95,000
