Sante is seeking a Full-Time The Human Resources Generalist that will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's functions and contributions to the overall success of our organization. This position will primarily provide support for employee relations, benefits administration, policy communication and adherence, compliance preparedness and reporting, HR system management, employee leave management, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.

What Youll Do:

  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and necessary paperwork.

  • Offboarding: Create exit letters, conduct exit interviews, provide final benefit and pay information, and process termination in benefit systems and other HR systems. Coordinate notifications to other staff as necessary. Supports unemployment inquiries as needed.

  • Leave Administration: As applicable, FMLA administration, worker compensation support, leave of absence coordination.

  • Benefit Plan Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of benefit and retirement plans, including enrollment, changes, inquiries, and terminations. Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit-related transactions.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.

  • HR Compliance: Stay current with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Support annual reporting for ACA, EEO, and Medicare Part D as applicable. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Generate HR reports and analytics for management as needed.

  • Policy Development: Participate in the development and revision of HR policies and procedures. Communicate policy changes to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.

  • HR Projects: Contribute to HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or process improvements.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What We Require:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years as an HR Generalist or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

  • Experience using ADPs human capital management platform is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
