The Arc Montgomery County has a newly created position for a Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have experience in handling a wide range of Human Resources tasks, to include workers compensation and FMLA. This person must be well organized, flexible, must have excellent attention to detail, able to work independently and enjoys the challenges of supporting an agency of diverse people.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus four years of relevant professional experience; or associate degree plus six years of relevant professional experience.

• Must be proficient in use of computers and in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
