Human Resources Generalist Job Description

• Provide benefit plans to employees.

• Perform talent acquisition and recruitment tasks.

• Organize and train during the employee onboarding process.

• Develop company policies and procedures.

• Prepare and maintain the employee handbook.

• Give HR policy guidance.

• Provide daily coaching, counseling, and career development to line managers.

• Maintain licensures, aptitude exams, and certifications.

Salary | $80,000 - $90,000

1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM
