Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist for one of our best clients in the Stanley, VA area. If you have experience in this area, this might be a great opportunity for you!

Position: HR Generalist

Position Scope: In this role the ideal candidate would be responsible for completing administrative tasks involving filing and maintaining employee records, assisting with the recruiting of hourly positions, participating in employee engagement activities, addressing routine employee questions, and assisting with a wide variety of other HR generalist activities.

Position Details:

• Onsite

• Stanley, VA

• Pay rate: $26/hr.

• Assignment Length: Temp

• Start Date: Immediately

• Hours: 7:30am

• 4:30pm

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting HR in a manufacturing/distribution or similar industry preferred.
• HR Certification. a-PHR, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM SCP a plus
• HRIS experience in Workday a plus or other similar HRIS systems required.
• MS Office skills Excel, Word and Teams a plus.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
