HR Generalist Duration: Contract Responsibilities: Administer HR policies across two or more functional areas.

Collect and analyze HR data; recommend actions to management. Process paperwork in line with established procedures. Prepare internal communications related to compensation, benefits, or company policies.

Knowledge of HR concepts and practices; follow pre-established guidelines. Work under direct supervision; report to a manager.
