Rooms To Go is looking to add to its existing Human Resources team by hiring an experienced generalist for our Corporate office.

What you will be doing:
Support corporate associates with a range of HR related processes, procedures, and policies.
Investigate a variety of employee relations situations.
Review unemployment claims.
Support the new hire and onboarding process while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Support the life cycle of our Corporate Associates while partnering with Corporate leadership for win-win solutions.
What you bring to the table:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of generalist experience in Human Resources with a medium to large company (1000+ employees) or a combination of education and experience is required.
Proven interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.
Ability to multitask and think out of the box for solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong technical skills (including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Excellent time management skills.
The ability to maintain confidentiality.
