Responsibilities:
Ability to positively and professionally represent Human Resources while interacting cross functionally with all employees. (Employee life cycle)
Ability to effectively communicate confidentially while being detail oriented
Exhibit strong organizational skills while exhibiting general HR knowledge
Facilitates coaching and problem solving employee relations counseling both employees and managers
Fosters positive attitude toward organizational objectives and HR goals while supporting DataBank Cultural Cornerstones and Leadership Behaviors
Monitors and proactively responds professionally and timely to incoming emails to HR@DataBank.com
Creates and maintains employee files electronically
Systems:
TalentReef: liase with Talent Acquisition to process new hires; monitor document completion, generate employee file once documents are completed, and submit I-9 verification via E-Verified
VerifiedFirst: Conducts and reviews background checks for new hires (coordinates drug screens, as needed) for new employees and employees over 7+ years
NetSuite: Creates new hire profile in payroll system. Makes updates to employee's profiles due to job changes
Lattice experience a plus
Reward Gateway/Vault: update employee list weekly or more as needed
On-boarding: Background emails sent via email to new employees prior to start, review, approve & process
Off-boarding: Conducts exit interviews & off-boarding checklist while identifying trends with possible solutions
Employment verifications: Completes employment verifications from external vendors, timely and accurately following internal process
Safety: Point of contact for all worker's compensation and responsible for maintaining annual OSHA logs
Contractors: Manages on/off boarding of Contractors by working cross functionally with multiple departments
Reporting: EEOC annual reports plus others as needed
Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Associates degree OR 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources in Company 500+ employees
Mid-high level Excel skills, Microsoft Office
