Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruitment management: Job posting, Resume screening, Interview coordination Employee lifecycle management:

Onboarding and offboarding processes, Performance management, Goal setting support Benefits administration: Program management, Employee inquiry resolution HR record keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, Update HR databases Compliance and policy management:

Develop and implement HR policies, Ensure compliance with employment laws, Provide HR guidance to employees and managers Employee engagement: Contribute to company culture programs, Support internal communication initiatives Reporting and analytics: Prepare HR reports, Support data-driven HR decision making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles Strong knowledge of:
