Responsibilities: This person will play a vital role in providing support across all areas of Human Resources.

This includes handling HR policies, programs, and procedures and fostering employee relations, communication, and engagement. To thrive in this role, it's important to have an understanding of employment law and to be able to work collaboratively with others, offering guidance and support as needed. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

What You'll Do Assist with employee reviews Serve as primary HRIS system contact for employees Development and maintenance of company job descriptions Act as backup to payroll processing Maintain company handbook and yearly agreement authorization Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
