The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment initiatives, facilitate new hire orientation, manage employee relations, ensure seamless payroll and benefits administration. This role requires excellent organizational skills to maintain adherence to company policies and procedures while building effective relationships to provide comprehensive HR support and address workforce needs.
Responsibilitie Oversee and manage HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, and policy administration. Lead benefits administration, ensuring clarity and efficiency in processes. Manage payroll processing, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Address and resolve front-line HR inquiries and issues with professionalism. Collaborate on workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management strategies. . Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area. 5 years' of progressive Human Resources experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
