This role is ideal for an HR professional with a passion for supporting a non-profit organization while ensuring smooth HR operations during this period.

Apply today Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and policy enforcement Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination Administer onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and efficiency Oversee benefits administration and assist employees with enrollment and inquiries Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee records Maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures to align with legal requirements Provide guidance to employees and management on HR best practices and labor laws.

Support training and development initiatives as needed Qualifications: 2 years of HR experience Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR policies Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite HRIS software experience Working Hours: Full-time Onsite Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST Details: Located in South Park, San Diego 4-5 month contract role Compensation: $30.00-$39.00 per hour DOE If you have the qualifications above and are interested in this opportunity, then please apply now.
