Location: Ridgefield, WA LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a global organization that is growing its HR team.
They are seeking a Human Resource Generalist with a minimum of 2 years experience with indepth high volume LOA experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day HR activities. Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, concerns, and grievances. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication and conflict resolution techniques. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Prepare HR-related reports and documents as required. Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Conduct compensation surveys and research to ensure our salary and benefits packages remain competitive in the market. Compliance: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance. Assist in conducting audits and investigations related to HR matters as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources roles, preferably as a HR Generalist. Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
