Job Title : Human Resources Generalist I Location : Richmond, VA (701 East Byrd St, 05E-RICH) Job Type : Contract Responsibilities : Administer HR policies across two or more functional areas. Collect and analyze HR data; recommend actions to management.

Process paperwork in line with established procedures. Prepare internal communications related to compensation, benefits, or company policies. Knowledge of HR concepts and practices; follow pre-established guidelines.

Work under direct supervision; report to a manager. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related area preferred.
