The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator, Operations, role is a robust position that interfaces with all levels of staff throughout the organization. This key position ensures that all employee records and compliance reports are up to standard. The HR Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the workforce meets all HR related compliance requirements for employment. This role is responsible for validating all licenses, certifications, Health Sanctions reporting, etc. The incumbent will also manage the database that tracks all employee disciplines. The HR Coordinator will report out to the organization all upcoming licenses/certifications due and will follow up on associated delinquencies. At times this incumbent will be responsible for preparing employee records for legal actions, management review and employee requests. Supports HR Management on the follow up on incomplete/delinquent performance evaluations. This role provides HR support for all employee records gathering for hospital surveys. The HR Coordinator will serve as the interface with the University on all VISA/immigration/I9 matters and employee I9 updates. Provides coverage and break relief for the HR Front desk. Works closely with management to update and create HR policies. Prepares special reports, charts and spreadsheets as needed. Other duties as assigned.
