About the Role

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for areas of HR operations from ADP, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, as well as HR policies and procedures. The position will report into the VP, HR, and partner closely with the Assoc. Director, HR, and the business to identify, build, and drive improved processes, programs, and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional HR team to ensure HR-related initiatives and programs meet business objectives and consider the implications on employees and the organization.

  • Manage ADP HRIS, processes, and resolution of issues. Ensure 100% of data integrity. Conduct monthly audits. Partner closely with Payroll as needed. Recommend, implement, and maintain software and HRIS program changes and upgrades.

  • Manage talent acquisition processes & systems to foster a positive candidate & hiring manager experience. Ensure the company is viewed as candidates' Employer of Choice, including but not limited to coordination of the interview selection process (on-site & virtual).

  • Manage a seamless and efficient onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Facilitate new hire orientation programs and support employee assimilation plans.

  • Manage, develop, generate monthly HR reporting including headcount reporting and org chart report.

  • Promote positive employee relations and ensure issues are raised and resolved and escalate as necessary

  • Partner with HR team to implement a well-rounded Total Rewards Program

  • Serve as contact for HR vendors for general support and contract/program delivery

  • Support the implementation of benefit education & programs, including Open Enrollment (OE) and Wellness. Create action plans and corresponding communications as needed.

  • Manage leave administration with HR vendors and employees

  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs. Manage reporting and compliance activities including AAP and EEOC reporting requirements

  • Support compensation processes and programs to ensure fair, competitive, and legal compensation practices

  • Ensure HR programs are administered in compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Maintain employee handbook and ensure policies and procedures are understood by employees and executed consistently and accurately.

  • Support all HR programs and processes as needed

Required Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 3-5+ years corporate HR experience in multiple HR disciplines and across multiple business functions

  • Prior experience in the areas of talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, and systems

  • Ability to work with and manage ambiguity and pivot quickly as business needs change

  • Strong working knowledge of both federal state, and local state laws affecting employment and the workplace (FMLA, Wage & Hour, etc.)

  • Ability to interact well with others, build relationships across all levels, and work within a team

  • Ability to be a self-starter, ambitious, with a strong work ethic

  • Strong analytical and data management skills and creative problem-solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal & project management skills

  • Proficient with systems, including ADP WFN, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Experience with supporting employees in multiple states

  • Experience in high growth business environment with multiple demands
