Human Resources Generalist

US Fertility, a national leader in infertility, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a 200 plus employee population in Margate FL. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the support of day-to-day Human Resources operations for USF Fertility and its Practices.

This position supports the Human Resources functions through activities including HR policies, employee relations, training, and performance management. The HR Generalist provides outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers to make a positive Human Resources experience in support of the organization. A bachelor's degree in human resources and 2-3 years of experience is required with SHRM PHR desired.

Proficiency using MS Office and payroll systems is required. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communications and multi-tasking skills are required. A high degree of confidentiality and professionalism is required, This role will work 2 days in-person and 3 days hybrid-subject to organizational needs.
