SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works as part of the HR Team to ensure excellence in service to our Team Members.
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, ideas and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the HR department and the services performed.
Participates in developing department goals and objectives.
May manage recruitment and selection processes including job postings, selection technology and recruiting metrics.
Understands and can facilitate the on-boarding process including data entry, collection of paperwork, opening personnel files, scheduling orientations, etc.
Develops and maintains records, reports, and logs for various HR functions.
Participates in employee relations, recognition programs, company regulatory training, new hires orientation and Team Member Events.
Develops and coordinates training programs with strong presenting skills.
Participates in HR staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as directed.
Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
