Primary Objectives:

Ensure safety and well being of the workforce.

Develop a superior workforce with reduced turnover.

Develop a team member-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Develop and improve the Human Resources department.

Job Duties:

Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.

Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.

Helps build a great company culture through implementation of programs and services that welcome new team members, improve engagement and excitement among existing team members, and align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.

Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; creating action plans for improvement; coaching and counseling managers and employees.

Enhances our organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value for those with a career at the company.

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Provides day-to-day benefits administration services.

Assists team members with any claim issues.

Develops and schedules benefits orientations and other benefits training.

Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
