To help us drive excellence, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain positive Associate relations through effective communication and prompt attention to Associate concerns, at all levels of the Plant.

• Champion Onboarding Program for all new hires.

• Oversee Attendance Program, Payroll, Employee Engagement, Records Management, LOA, Talent/Retention Management, and other HR functions.

• Team with Plant HR Staff in administration of Benefits, LOA system, MESC, record management, performance management, recruiting, hire through termination, annual training assessment.

• Champion employee events and community services.

• Provide guidance to Production Supervisors on a variety of concerns including Associate relations, conflict resolution, interpersonal communication, group interaction, teambuilding, etc.

• Develop change management proposals for the enrichment of all Associates meeting company guidelines.

• Team with Plant Leadership on annual training assessment and utilization of new e-learning system.

• Recommend HR solutions to complex issues.

• Provide support to salaried Associates on company policies and procedures.

• Two-member Plant HR Team reporting to the Plant HR Manager.

Required experience:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or equivalent experience.

• 2-3 years' experience in HR in a manufacturing environment. Labor relations and manufacturing exposure a plus.

• Hands-on experience with Employee Engagement, Talent and Retention Management, Attendance Mgt, Payroll, etc.

• Hands-on Associate investigations and analytical abilities to make appropriate decision based on company.

• Knowledge of employment Federal, State and Local laws.

• Exhibit successful organizational and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Proficient MS Office and other HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, ATS, e-Time, etc.).
