To help us drive excellence, you will get to:

• Collaborate with HR Manager to advocate positive Associate relations and teamwork with all staff.

• Champion for New Hire Onboarding, Orientation, Payroll, Record Management, Event Planning, Employee Communication, and other HR functions.

• Track various HR metrics on a weekly/monthly/annual basis.

• Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.

• Conduct Record Management audits required by federal and state law.

• Schedule interviews, involved in Open Enrollment, Town Hall Meetings, and other Plant initiatives.

• Team with Plant Supervisors to collect 30/60/90-day performance review documentation.

• Expand your knowledge in the various Human Resources functions.

• This position reports to the Human Resources Manager-Meridian.

SUCCESS FACTOR:

• High School Diploma/GED or College.

• 1-3 years of experience in HR experience; manufacturing environment a strong plus.

• Demonstrate experience in various HR functions including New Hire Orientation, Payroll, HR Reports, Associate Event Planning, Recruiting/TA, Benefits, Record Management, Employee Communication, etc.

• Exhibit professional written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.

• Proven HR experience in navigating multiple HR priorities and meeting deadlines.

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced team environment.

• Must have advanced MS Excel, usage of HRIS, Payroll, and Application Systems.
