Human Resources Generalist

Ascendo Resources is actively seeking an HR Generalist with strong employee relations experience for an immediate, fulltime, onsite, temp-to-perm position Our client, a national automotive parts distributor is located in West Valley, UT 84120. This role requires frequent travel/on-site visits to 7 Utah locations, with mileage reimbursement provided for travel between locations.

The HR Generalist's primary focus will be on employee relations. Candidates should have 3 years of direct experience in employee relations within blue-collar work environments. Pay Rate: $30 - $34/hour Salary: $62,000 - $70,000/year (Non-Exempt Role) (Overtime Available) Schedule:

Mon-Fri (9am - 5pm) (40 hour work week) Travel: Requires frequent site visit for 7 locations within 10-35 mile radius Responsibilities: Handle employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with departments for benefits, leave management, and payroll. Support onboarding and HR operations across multiple locations.

Work closely with warehouse and retail employees to implement policies. Participate in regional HR projects and initiatives. Manage travel to different locations as needed.

Qualifications: 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist 3 years of Employee Relations Experience in blue collar work setting Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive employee relations. Ability to work in warehouse/retail settings. Tech-savvy with proficiency in navigating HR platforms.
