As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience. You will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees. Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Conduct performance reviews and support professional development initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the food manufacturing industry. Bilingual Spanish is a must.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
