Human Resources Generalist

DAY TO DAY: Our high growth client, a family owned home improvement company is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team in Maryland.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department's operations and initiatives. You will utilize your expertise in ADP and your ability to quickly develop HR processes to streamline our workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and professional development within a thriving industry.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a coordinator/generalist position within a similar environment. This environment is sales based and sometimes deals with a higher turnover, so we are looking for a candidate who embraces challenges. We are looking for someone that has had exposure to a day-to-day operation of an HR department in a similar size company (200 employees). The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multi-task and is motivated to drive HR initiatives forward across the company. This is a key position reports to the Manager and VP of HR; and they are looking for someone who can join the team as a team player.
