Your Purpose in this Role
We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value efficiency, reliability, and family.
The Human Resources Director is responsible for developing and executing a human resource strategy that will support the overall business plan and strategic direction of Tempe Mechanical. This includes Talent Management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development and compensation. The HR Director ensures the company attracts, retains, and develops the best talent available while fostering a culture of safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
Pay
$95 to $120K - Based on skills and experience.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR Strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain high quality employees.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Monitor HR KPI's and metrics and report on workplace trends to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Director or in a Senior HR leadership role.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
